About the service

OliveBox AI Chat Asistent is a service of Mobi Mouse d.o.o. that helps businesses respond to messages sent to their connected Facebook Pages. It may process the Page and Page-scoped user identifiers, text messages, conversation and message identifiers, timestamps, technical information and information you provide in a conversation. A display name may be obtained when available and permitted.

How to request deletion

You do not need an OliveBox account to make a request. Email support@olivebox.net with the subject Data Deletion Request — OliveBox AI Chat. Please include:

• The name of the Facebook Page you contacted.
• The approximate date of your conversation.
• A description of the information you want deleted.

We may need additional information or reasonable identity verification to locate the conversation and prevent unauthorized deletion. Never send your Facebook password or access tokens.

How requests are handled

We handle requests without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits. The business operating the Page generally determines how customer communication is processed. We may ask you to contact that business, or assist it in responding to your request. Applicable law and Meta terms may require or permit limited retention in certain circumstances.

Deletion from OliveBox does not automatically delete data held independently by Meta. For Meta's processing and your options, see Meta's Privacy Policy.
